Incident Report for OSG Consortium

Identified

The CVMFS synchronization for data repos (under osgstorage.org CVMFS) and the container synchronization (singularity.opensciencegrid.org), are both stopped while the servers hosting those services are moved data centers. Existing containers and data is unchanged, just new data/containers will not be updated. We expect the services to be running again by Tuesday, Sep. 22, but will continue to update as progress of the move continues.
