We experienced issues with a routine upgrade to the OSDF Pelican Director, which have since been resolved. During this time, it's possible that users noticed issues with the 'osdf://' file transfer plugin, the pelican command-line client, or pulling files directly from https://osdf-director.osg-htc.org.
