Monitoring

Issues with the UW-Madison campus network interrupted the operation of OSDF central services. Campus IT staff implemented fixes to address said issues and allow the resumption of OSDF operations.
We are monitoring the situation to ensure that fixes work as intended.

Investigating

Confirmed user reports that the OSDF is unavailable for use due to an issue with OSDF central services.
Attempts to transfer objects via the OSDF encounter error messages with "error while querying the director".
We are working to resolve the issue.
