Update

During the upgrade, services on the Tiger cluster experienced a DNS outage between 11am and 12:15pm Central. We have since paused the upgrade process and are aiming to start again at 3pm Central.

We will be performing a Kubernetes upgrade of the Tiger cluster. There will be a short API outage during the upgrade.

We do not expect any outages for public-facing OSG services.
